Amazon and Warner Brothers Discovery are new partners in NASCAR’s $7.7 billion broadcast deal, joining FOX Sports and NBC Sports. Prime Video just concluded its five-race run as the Cup Series debuted on streaming platforms. TNT now takes over for a five-race summer series, starting with a Saturday night race in Atlanta on June 28th. This stretch also includes road/street courses in Chicago and Sonoma, followed by races at Dover and the Brickyard 400 at Indianapolis. Practice and qualifying will be on Max and truTV with continued in-car coverage. NASCAR’s Cup broadcasts will transition to NBC Sports after TNT’s stint. During TNT races, truTV will feature an ‘altcast’ focusing on a $1 million bracket challenge hosted by Larry McReynolds and Jeff Burton. The broadcast team will remain consistent with Dale Earnhardt Jr., Adam Alexander, and Steve Letarte.
